Occidental Hotel Terms and Conditions
Couple must agree to participate in a fun, 90 minute OVC tour presentation while staying at any of our approved properties. Failure to participate in the presentation will result in the participants being charged full rack rate of the hotel, for the entire time of your stay.
Travelers must be a married couple or cohabiting couples who are living together for more than one (1) year. Proof of cohabitation must be provided (ID: MATCHING ADDRESS on Driver’s License, Passport or Lease Agreement/Deed), One participant must be between the ages of 30 and 65 and the other no less than 25 years of age.
Participants must have a combined household income of at least $50,000 US per year.
Two females allowed in the same room between the ages of 35 and 65 must have a combined income of $45,000 per year, have a major credit card, and have a picture ID.
More than two (2) couples traveling together are excluded from this promotion.
Participants must have a valid picture ID, and an internationally accepted credit card, VISA, MC, AMEX only. A check/debit card with VISA or MC logo is NOT accepted.
Both participants must be able to read, speak and understand English and/or Spanish fluently.
This offer is not available to local residents of the resort destination.
This is a ONE TIME OFFER, and is not available to Current Resort Vacation Club Members or to guests who have vacationed with the destination resort in the past.
This offer is not valid for any airline employees, hospitality employees, travel agents or vacation ownership industry employees, honeymooners, or retirees.
Upon arrival, qualified participants will be required to complete a Hosting Form.
One way transfer (airport to resort) will be provided for two (2) adults and two (2) children. Additional transportation will be paid by the traveler. Detailed flight information needs to be provided at least 5 days prior to arrival; otherwise transportation cost will have to be absorbed by traveler.
The minimum stay is three (3) nights.
All confirmed bookings will be charged one (2) nights at the prevailing rack rate of the hotel, if participant cancels with less than ten (10) days prior to arrival date.
